Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you order a plan, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, billing address, company name if ordering a Business line, and, for number transfers, your current carrier and account details. Our site assistant chatbot logs only the questions you type into it, to improve its answers; it does not collect account or billing data.

2. How we use it

We use your information to activate and bill your line, process number transfers, respond to support requests, and meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to telecommunications providers. We don't sell personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing with network partners

Because Šiandiena operates as a virtual network on partner infrastructure, the minimum information needed to activate and route your line, such as your assigned number and account status, is shared with our host network partners and, for number ports, with your current or new carrier.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for essential site functions and, with your consent, for analytics and preferences. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your choice at any time.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your line is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and regulatory requirements. Uploaded transfer authorization forms are retained only until the port is confirmed complete, then archived per our regulatory retention schedule.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Send requests through our Contact page or to [email protected], and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on account systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password on your account.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected] or through Contact.
